The role emphasizes building connections with business owners, HR leaders, and decision-makers while delivering presentations and cultivating long-term client relationships.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, the ability to obtain a Life & Health Producer license if not already held, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work

Qualifications

• Entry-level role with comprehensive training.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Life & Health Insurance Producer license in your state or willing to obtain (fees reimbursed).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and grow your client base.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs.
• Visit local businesses to build relationships with owners.
• Record daily activity and track sales progress.
• Collaborate with the sales team to set targets.
• Deliver both individual and group presentations.
• Maintain client portfolios and renewals.
• Plan weekly schedule with the sales manager.
