Job summary

The Cleveland Cavaliers are seeking an Account Executive in the Ticket Sales department. This entry-level, temporary role runs January–December 2027 and requires onsite work in Cleveland, OH.

Responsibilities include making at least 100 calls per day, engaging clients at home games, and driving revenue across memberships, groups, suites and individual tickets while building a career in sports sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, Associates degree required
• Experience in sports and entertainment industry
• Strong professionalism and work ethic
• Desire to build a career in sports sales
• Self-motivated with leadership potential
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Embrace coachable onboarding and training
• Proactively make minimum of 100 calls per day
• Engage clients at home games and maximize revenue opportunities
• Generate self-sourced business leads
• Drive revenue growth across Memberships, Group Tickets, Suites, and Single Premium Ticket Inventory
• Collaborate with Foundation team to support growth
• Exhibit core Daily 5 qualities: work ethic, passion, positivity, leadership, eagerness to learn
