Job summary

The Cleveland Cavaliers are seeking an Account Executive for the REG Foundation’s entry-level program starting January 2027. This role focuses on selling tickets for Tennis in the Land, the Cleveland Monsters, and Cleveland Charge, with a 12-month program including evenings, weekends, and holiday work.

You will develop a sales pipeline, conduct cold calls, and build relationships with corporate clients and fans, aiming to reach annual ticket sales goals in a dynamic sports environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
• 6+ months experience in sports or direct sales.
• Excellent communication, professional demeanor and coachable attitude.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Sell REG Franchise properties including Tennis in the Land and Cleveland teams.
• Develop and manage a sales pipeline with B2B, groups and B2C.
• Meet or exceed annual ticket sales goals.
• Cold call, prospect, and meet clients at events.
• Represent the organization at community events and be the face of the team.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and nurture client relationships.
