Bonterra is seeking entry-level Business Development Representatives to engage prospective customers and educate them on our case management software platforms. You will qualify leads, schedule demonstrations for Account Executives, and drive outbound activity from a busy pipeline.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, confident presenting to decision-makers, and eager to ramp up quickly with software tools.

Responsibilities

• Engage and qualify prospective customers as the first point of contact.
• Educate potential clients on Bonterra value and capabilities.
• Follow up on high volumes of new leads in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage leads and schedule product demonstrations for Account Executives.
• Aim for performance-based goals around outbound activity and meetings.
• Use Salesforce for lead management, forecasting, and reporting.
