Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Clearly explain product benefits and current promotions while delivering personalized customer experiences to drive satisfaction and exceed sales goals.
• Proactively nurture prospective customers through outbound calls, with focus on building relationships that generate repeat and new business.
• Maintain a polished showroom and deliver an exceptional store experience.
• Participate in sales practice training and coaching to sharpen skills.
