Sleep Number Corporation is seeking a Sales Representative to grow retail sales and deliver personalized customer experiences in our stores. You will identify customer sleep needs, explain product benefits, and drive satisfaction while working to exceed sales goals.

You’ll nurture prospects with outbound calls, maintain an inviting showroom, and participate in ongoing training. A base pay plus uncapped commissions powers your earnings in a supportive, brand-leading environment.

Formación

• Flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• 1–2 years of retail or customer-facing experience.

• Explain product benefits and promotions while delivering personalized experiences to drive sales.
• Nurture prospective customers through outbound calls and build relationships.
• Maintain a polished showroom and deliver an exceptional store experience.
• Participate in sales practice training and coaching to sharpen skills.
