Job summary

Medpace is seeking an entry-level Site Payments Specialist to join our Clinical Operations team in Cincinnati, Ohio. This full-time, office-based role supports accounts payable processes and site payments for multiple studies, offering a pathway to develop in a growing CRO environment.

You will perform data entry, assist with payments setup and calculations, help coordinate sponsor funds/invoicing, and respond to inquiries while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Excellent organization and time-management skills
• Ability to prioritize assigned tasks while adhering to deadlines
• High attention to detail and accountability for timely completion of assigned tasks
• Demonstrated ability to exercise high degree of professionalism and confidentiality
