Job summary

Medpace is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist for an office-based, full-time role in Cincinnati, OH. You will join the Site Payments team to support accurate data entry, invoicing, and payment processing for clinical studies.

The role requires 4–5 years of AP/administrative experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and impeccable organization and confidentiality to ensure timely payments and reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• 4-5 years of Accounts Payable or Administrative Experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Excellent organization and time-management skills.
• Ability to prioritize assigned tasks while adhering to deadlines.
• High attention to detail and accountability for timely completion of tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to exercise high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
