The Boucher Automotive Group is seeking a Service BDC Representative to manage service appointment scheduling and customer inquiries. The role involves coordinating with Service Advisors and Parts/Rental departments, and following up on recalls and back-ordered parts to ensure customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate excellent customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to learn vendor programs quickly.

Competenze

Must demonstrate the highest level of customer service.
Strong communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
Basic working knowledge of Windows Office; ability to learn vendor programs/portals quickly.
Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Drug testing required.
Entry-level position; no prior car/dealership experience required; training provided.

Mansioni

Receive and schedule incoming calls for service appointments.
Maintain the service appointment scheduling calendar and coordinate with Service Advisors and parts/rental departments.
Answer customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
Follow up on declined services and schedule follow-up appointments for services not performed.
Proactively contact existing customers to set up required service/recall appointments.
Follow up with customers on ordered/back-ordered parts and scheduling for receiving.
