Santa Barbara Honda is seeking a motivated Service BDC Representative to join our automotive team. You will handle inbound and outbound customer communications, schedule service appointments, and follow up to drive service department traffic with exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Respond to incoming service calls and internet inquiries.
• Schedule and confirm service appointments.
• Make outbound follow-up calls regarding maintenance, recalls, missed appointments, and service campaigns.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Accurately update customer information and notes in the CRM system.
• Work with service advisors and management to maximize appointment show rates.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
