Qualifications

• Entry-level position; no car/dealership experience required.
• Must have the highest level of customer service and strong communication skills.
• Able to learn vendor programs/portals quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Receive and schedule incoming calls for service appointments.
• Maintain the service appointment scheduling calendar and coordinate with Service Advisors and Parts/Rental.
• Answer customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
• Follow up on declined services and schedule follow-up appointments.
• Proactively contact existing customers to set up service/recall appointments.
• Follow up on orders or back-ordered parts and schedule receiving.
