Qualifications

• Customer service excellence required; strong communication in fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of Windows Office; ability to learn vendor programs quickly.
• Must be 18+, valid driver's license, clean driving record; drug testing required.
• Entry-level; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Receive and schedule incoming service calls for appointments.
• Maintain service appointment calendar; coordinate with Service Advisors and Parts/Rental.
• Answer customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
• Follow up on declined services and schedule recalls.
• Proactively contact customers to set up required service or recall appointments.
• Follow up on ordered or back-ordered parts and schedule receipt.
