Actalent is seeking an entry-level Sales Development Representative to build trusted relationships with engineering and sciences companies. You will identify target accounts, engage with decision makers, and collaborate with recruiting to place top talent.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, leadership, and/or sales (to include sales major/clubs/internships)
• Strong desire for a career in Business-to-Business/relationship-based sales
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Sense of urgency, excellent presentation skills and a high standard of character and professionalism
• Strong propensity to learn as necessary

Responsibilities

• Serve as talent solutions and services subject matter expert for respective territory.
• Establish (and adjust when necessary) a list of target accounts and prospects using all available internal and external resources.
• Identify, develop, and manage new and existing customer relationships by leveraging resources including CRM systems and external networking tools.
• Conduct well-prepared face-to-face meetings with decision makers; qualify business and create value to meet client needs.
• Increase sales and market share through assigned and newly generated accounts.
• Negotiate bill rates and terms to align with market standards.
• Build and maintain relationships within accounts by providing quality consultants and resumes.
• Lead client meetings and coordinate with the recruiting team to meet client needs.
