Actalent is seeking an Entry-Level Sales Development Representative to help advance the careers of professionals in engineering and sciences. You will identify and engage target accounts, build trusted relationships, and collaborate with recruiting to fulfill client needs.

The role offers a structured training program, a clear base salary of $65,000 after training, and strong earning potential with uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, leadership, and/or sales (including sales major/clubs/internships).
• Strong desire for a career in B2B/relationship-based sales.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Sense of urgency, presentation skills and professionalism.
• Willingness to learn as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Serve as talent solutions and services expert for designated territory.
• Build and manage target accounts and prospective clients.
• Develop and nurture customer relationships using CRMs and networking tools.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with decision makers to qualify business needs.
• Negotiate bill rates and terms to maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with recruiting to fulfill client needs.
