Actalent in Tempe, AZ is seeking an Entry-Level Sales Development Representative to help grow our engineering and sciences client base. You will build relationships, target accounts, and qualify opportunities, working closely with recruiting and account teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, leadership, and/or sales.
• Strong desire for a career in B2B/relationship-based sales.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Sense of urgency and high standard of character and professionalism.
• Willingness to learn as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Serve as talent solutions and services subject matter expert for respective territory.
• Establish target accounts and prospects using internal and external resources.
• Identify, develop, and manage customer relationships using CRMs and networking tools.
• Conduct well-prepared meetings with decision makers and qualify opportunities.
• Increase sales and market share within assigned and new accounts.
• Negotiate bill rates and terms in line with market standards.
• Promote resumes of ideal candidates within accounts.
