Total Quality Logistics (TQL) is seeking an entry‑level Sales Representative in Metairie, LA. You’ll receive six months of hands‑on training from seasoned Logistics Account Executives and learn to build relationships, negotiate freight deals, and manage shipments end‑to‑end.

No experience is required; a paid training program exists. You can expect a base salary of $45,000–$50,000 in your first year with uncapped commissions and strong earning potential.

• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers; resolve freight issues promptly.
