Job summary

Total Quality Logistics (TQL) is seeking entry-level Sales Representatives in St. Louis, MO to build a career in logistics and sales.

You will receive six months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives and learn to negotiate with customers and carriers while managing daily operations. No experience is required; TQL offers paid, hands-on training and an opportunity to earn a competitive base and uncapped commission.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help your account executive solve customer needs, find carriers for time-sensitive freight and manage daily operations.
• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Build your book and establish relationships to close new customers.
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers and resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
