Job summary

Total Quality Logistics (TQL) in Charlotte, NC, is seeking entry-level sales representatives to build a career with an award-winning culture and high earning potential. You will receive six months of training, help brokers find carriers, and manage daily freight operations from pickup to delivery.

No experience is required; we offer paid, hands-on training and the chance to earn a base salary plus uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives
• Help account executives solve customer needs and manage daily operations
• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling
• Build your book and establish relationships to close new customers
• Meet sales metrics to become eligible for commission
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers
• Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery
