Job summary

Total Quality Logistics (TQL) is seeking an Entry Level Sales Representative in Tampa. You will build relationships, negotiate freight deals, and manage shipments from pickup to delivery. No experience is required—TQL offers a paid, hands-on training program in sales and logistics.

You'll start with $40,000–$50,000 base compensation in your first year, plus an uncapped commission. Our reps commonly reach six figures after a few years of selling, with an in-office culture and strong career growth.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; paid training in sales and logistics.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, in-office environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives
• Help your account executive solve customer needs, find carriers for time-sensitive freight and manage daily operations
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers
• Establish relationships to close new customers
• Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery
