Job summary

Total Quality Logistics (TQL) is hiring for an entry-level Sales Representative in Missouri. No experience needed; a paid, hands-on training program in sales and logistics is provided. You will negotiate freight deals, build relationships, and manage shipments from pickup to delivery.

You’ll start with 6 months of direct training and have uncapped commission potential. TQL emphasizes a strong culture, performance-based rewards, and relocation options to Cincinnati through the Fast Track Program.

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help your account executive solve customer needs, find carriers for time-sensitive freight and manage daily operations.
• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Build your book.
• Use your training to meet sales metrics and become eligible for commission.
• Establish relationships to close new customers.
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers.
• Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
