Job summary

Total Quality Logistics (TQL) is seeking entry-level Sales Representatives in Austin, TX. You will learn to build relationships, negotiate freight deals, and manage shipments from pickup to delivery through a paid, hands-on training program.

No experience is required. The role offers a minimum first-year compensation of $45,000–$50,000 with uncapped commissions and a path to six figures within a few years. You will train in a fast-paced, in-office environment with mentorship and career growth.

Qualifications

• No experience required; paid, hands-on training program in sales and logistics.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, office-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help your account executive solve customer needs, find carriers for time-sensitive freight and manage daily operations.
• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Build your book and establish relationships to close new customers.
• Use your training to meet sales metrics and become eligible for commission.
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers.
• Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
