Total Quality Logistics (TQL) in Nashville, TN is hiring for an entry-level Sales Representative. No experience required; you'll receive paid, hands-on training in sales and logistics while building relationships, negotiating freight deals, and managing shipments from pickup to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help your account executive solve customer needs, find carriers for time-sensitive freight and manage daily operations.
• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Build your book and establish relationships to close new customers.
• Meet sales metrics and become eligible for commission.
