Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is a plus; four years in customer-facing environments acceptable.
• Proficient with Salesforce and other digital tools.
• Self-directed, coachable, and motivated to build a territory.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life license within 3 months; tuition and exam fees covered.

Responsibilities

• Visit storefronts and offices to connect with decision-makers and introduce insurance solutions.
• Lead informatively to groups of 15 to 75 people about benefit packages.
• Provide ongoing support, including guidance through claims.
• Use Salesforce CRM to log interactions and manage the pipeline.
• Prospect new leads, follow up, and request referrals.
• Share weekly activity reports with the manager.
