Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree a plus.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life license within 90 days with support.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit local businesses and present supplemental insurance offerings.
• Meet with owners and employees, often in groups of 10–50.
• Respond to questions by phone and email; set appointments.
• Support clients through claims and follow-ups; track progress in CRM.
• Collaborate with manager to set and meet sales goals.
