Job summary

True North Group LLC is seeking an Entry-Level Sales Representative to drive outside sales in a defined territory. You will set appointments, visit businesses, and present insurance solutions tailored to small and mid-sized teams.

You'll lead open-forum presentations (15–75 attendees), log activities in Salesforce, and grow your book through calls and referrals. Training, incentives, and clear career paths accompany a flexible field-based schedule.

Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain Health & Life general lines license within 90 days.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized self-starter with good time management.
• Comfort with learning Salesforce and similar tools.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or 4 years of customer-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Set appointments and manage your field schedule.
• Visit storefronts, offices, and industrial parks to connect with decision-makers.
• Lead open-forum presentations for employee groups (15–75 people).
• Provide ongoing support and guide clients through claims.
• Use Salesforce CRM to log interactions, track follow-ups, and manage your pipeline.
• Prospect and grow by cold-calling, following up leads, and asking for referrals.
• Share weekly activity reports with your manager during team huddles.
