RRD is seeking an entry-level Associate to join the four-month Associate Development Program in Buffalo, NY. This full-time role trains you in sales strategies, prospecting, and account development to prepare you for a Sales Associate career.

The program follows cohort start dates, with a February 2027 intake. You will shadow seasoned reps, engage in sourcing, and attend meetings to build a robust sales funnel and client relationships across the region.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred in sales, marketing, business, communications, or related fields.
• Excellent listening skills to understand customer needs.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High motivation to learn and make data-driven decisions for customers.
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems.
• Prior CRM experience (Salesforce) preferred.
• Sales internship or experience selling.
• Reliable transportation to reach clients within territory.

Aufgaben

• Understand and perform RRD's sales steps through training and observation.
• Learn and execute prospecting and cold calling to build new accounts.
• Shadow sales representatives and assist in sourcing, securing, and managing business.
• Attend internal and external sales meetings.
• Maintain relationships with existing accounts and customers.
• Build a sales funnel for post-training assignment.
• Continued development through marketing and sales publications.
• Perform related duties and participate in special projects.
