Job summary

JES Holdings, through Fairway Management (FWM), is seeking a motivated maintenance helper to support residential upkeep and unit turns. The role emphasizes curb appeal, timely work orders, and safe work practices in a multi-site housing environment.

The position requires basic maintenance skills, willingness to learn HVAC/safety training, and the ability to work overtime as needed. Candidates must have a high school diploma and be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or the equivalent.
• Entry level, 0 to 2 years of basic maintenance experience in residential or multifamily settings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional curb appeal and complete daily resident work orders.
• Be available for on call after hours and travel for regional training as required.
• Assist with unit turns including painting, carpet cleaning, and general cleaning.
• Willing to assist neighboring properties in maintenance tasks.
• Pickup supplies from area vendors and operate a registered, insured vehicle as needed.
• Report health and safety concerns to the Manager and participate in HUD/LIHTC maintenance training.
