Job summary

Epic is recruiting for a compensation and stock programs role on our Madison, WI campus, with relocation reimbursement. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.

You will collaborate with leaders across Epic to manage employee compensation, stock programs, and international programs while analyzing country-specific considerations and supporting staff worldwide. A COVID-19 vaccination is required.

Qualifications

• History of academic and professional success.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders across Epic to manage employee compensation and stock programs.
• Manage and optimize international compensation programs.
• Work with stakeholders and executives to identify and implement creative solutions to company needs.
• Manage compensation and stock processing and support for staff located internationally.
• Analyze country-specific considerations and assume domestic compensation and stock projects as needed.
• Contribute to mandates as required.
