Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders and teams across Epic to manage employee compensation and stock programs.
• Manage and optimize international compensation programs.
• Work with stakeholders and executives to identify and implement creative solutions to company needs.
• Manage compensation and stock processing and support for staff located internationally.
• Analyze country-specific considerations and assume domestic compensation and stock projects as needed.
• Contribute to mandated processes and compliance initiatives.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• COVID-19 vaccination requirement and verification as part of onboarding.
