Job summary

Notre Dame is seeking a recruiter to identify qualified candidates using diverse sourcing tools and to screen and interview applicants. You will collaborate with the Account Manager to identify top accounts, target skills, and key market segments, while building industry relationships to generate referrals and sales leads.

Your Role

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $45,000 after training period with unlimited earning potential through weekly commission.
• Base salary increases to $55,000 after 1 year with continued commission and performance-based incentives.
• Projected earnings: Year 1: $50,000; Year 2: $76,000; Year 3: $102,000.
