Job summary

GOTAFE in the United States is seeking a results-driven recruiter with a strong sales mindset to identify and engage qualified candidates across target markets. You will source candidates, screen interviews, and collaborate with the Account Manager to align on top accounts and skill needs.

You will build relationships with industry contacts, contribute to customer service efforts, and participate in community volunteering initiatives and philanthropic partnerships.

Your Role

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $45,000 after training period with unlimited earning potential through weekly commission.
• Base salary increases to $55,000 after 1 year with continued commission and performance-based incentives.
• Projected earnings: Year 1: $50,000; Year 2: $76,000; Year 3: $102,000.
