Job summary

GOTAFE is seeking a recruiting professional in Des Moines, IA to identify and interview qualified candidates, and to partner with Account Managers on top accounts and market segments.

You will build industry relationships to gain knowledge, generate referrals and sales leads, while performing customer service activities and supporting community volunteering efforts.

• Customer or sales-focused experience.
• Experience working in a team-oriented environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $45,000 after training period with unlimited earning potential through weekly commission.
• Base salary increases to $55,000 after one year, with continued commission and performance-based incentives.
• Projected earnings: Year 1: $50,000; Year 2: $76,000; Year 3: $102,000.
