GOTAFE is seeking a results-driven recruiter to identify qualified candidates in the United States, screen and interview applicants, and partner with the Account Manager to target top accounts and market segments.

You will build relationships with industry contacts to generate referrals and sales leads, perform customer service activities, and support community volunteering initiatives. The role offers base pay with uncapped commissions and strong earning potential through performance bonuses.

Your Role

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $45,000 after training period with unlimited earning potential through weekly commission.
• Base salary increases to $55,000 after 1 year with continued commission and performance-based incentives.
• Projected earnings: Year 1: $50,000; Year 2: $76,000; Year 3: $102,000.
