Your Role

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $45,000 upon successful completion of hourly training period, with unlimited earning potential through weekly commission.
• After 1 year, base salary increases to $55,000 with continued commission and performance-based incentives.
• Projected earnings: Year 1: $50,000; Year 2: $76,000; Year 3: $102,000.
