Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Impact both candidates and customers by matching the right people to the right jobs.
• Partner with Account Managers to understand customer job openings and fulfill their needs promptly.
• Identify qualified candidates using recruiting and sourcing tools such as resume databases, job postings, job boards, social media, networking events, and job fairs.
• Screen and interview candidates through introductory calls, phone interviews, in-person or virtual interviews, and reference checks.
• Coordinate, schedule, and prepare candidates for interviews.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads.
• Perform various administrative and customer service tasks.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $45,000 after successful completion of hourly training, with unlimited earning potential through weekly commission.
• Base salary increases to $55,000 after one year, with continued commission and performance-based incentives.

Projected earnings for Recruiters are $50,000 in year 1, $76,000 in year 2, and $102,000 in year 3. Projected Sales Manager earnings are $80,800 in year 1, $121,500 in year 2, and $150,000 in year 3. Individual compensation depends on qualifications, experience, job knowledge, location, and other factors.
