GOTAFE in Torrance, CA is seeking a results-driven recruiter to identify qualified candidates, screen and interview applicants, and partner with Account Managers to target top accounts and market segments.

You will build relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge, generate referrals and sales leads, and perform customer service-related activities. The role also supports community volunteering and philanthropic partnerships.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $45,000 after hourly training period, with unlimited earning potential through weekly commission.
• Base salary increases to $55,000 after 1 year, with continued commission and performance-based incentives.
• Projected earnings: Year 1: $50,000; Year 2: $76,000; Year 3: $102,000.
