Notre Dame is seeking a results-driven recruiter in Torrance, CA to identify qualified candidates and screen interviews. You will partner with Account Managers to target top accounts, build relationships, and drive referrals and sales leads.

The role includes customer- and sales-focused activities, community partnerships, and a collaborative team environment. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and prior recruiting experience is beneficial.

Your Role

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $45,000 after hourly training period, with unlimited earning potential through weekly commission.
• Base salary increases to $55,000 after 1 year, with continued commission and performance-based incentives.
• Projected earnings: Year 1: $50,000; Year 2: $76,000; Year 3: $102,000.
