Job summary

HTU in Greenville, SC is seeking a results-driven Recruiter to identify qualified candidates using diverse sourcing tools, screen and interview applicants, and partner with Account Managers to target key markets.

You will build relationships with industry contacts to generate referrals and sales leads, perform customer service tasks, and participate in community volunteering and philanthropic partnerships. Compensation starts at $45,000 with uncapped commissions.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $45,000 after training period, with unlimited earning potential through weekly commission.
• Base salary increases to $55,000 after one year, with continued commission and performance-based incentives.
• Projected earnings: Year 1: $50,000; Year 2: $76,000; Year 3: $102,000.
