Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the project management team on active construction sites in Tempe, AZ. The role focuses on learning to manage project documentation, submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes while coordinating with PMs and field personnel.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Construction Management or related field and at least 1 year of construction experience. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a construction-related role.
• Combination of training, education, and relevant work experience is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation (submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes).
• Oversee project activities with PM, including planning and coordinating.
• Maintain change orders, logs, and project documentation for meetings.
• Prepare logs and documentation for construction meetings.
• Assist in contracts/subcontractor administration and Owner/Maintenance Manuals.
