Job summary

Rosendin Electric is seeking an Assistant Project Manager in Tempe to support the Project Management team on active construction sites. This entry-level role focuses on learning and developing competency while providing administrative and construction support.

Qualifications include a bachelor's in construction management or related field, at least 1 year in a construction-related role, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; Oracle is a plus. Travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a construction-related role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Oracle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation including submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
• Oversee project activities as assigned by the Project Manager and ensure policy compliance.
• Maintain logs for change orders, submittals, and drawings; prepare logs for meetings.
• Prepare and issue subcontractor contracts and owner manuals.
• Support project management team with coordination and reporting.
• Assist field personnel and coordinate with subcontractors on documentation.
