Job summary

Rosendin Electric is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to learn and develop project management competencies on active construction sites. The role provides administrative and construction support to our Project Management team.

You’ll assist with documentation, submittals, RFIs, and meetings while growing in a fast-paced environment with mentoring and hands-on exposure to major electrical projects nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a construction-related role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
• Oversee project activities as assigned by the Project Manager.
• Maintain change orders, submittal, and drawing control logs.
• Prepare logs and documentation for construction meetings.
• Create and issue subcontractors’ contracts and price change orders.
• Assist with Owner and Maintenance Manuals and project reports.
• Ensure the project quality control plan is followed.
• Coordinate with subcontractors for required documentation.
• Attend meetings with clients and vendors to provide PM support.
