• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation including submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
• Oversee project activities as assigned, ensuring policy compliance and progress.
• Prepare logs for submittals, change orders, and drawings.
• Assist with subcontractor contracts and Owner/ Maintenance Manuals.
• Support payroll data and project reporting.
