Job summary

Rosendin is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to grow with a leader in electrical contracting. This entry-level role provides administrative and construction support to the Project Management team on active projects.

You will learn, coordinate activities, and help ensure project documentation is accurate and timely. Ideal candidates have a construction-related background and strong organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a construction-related role.
• Combination of training, education, and relevant work experience may qualify.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation (submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes).
• Oversee project activities as assigned by the Project Manager.
• Maintain change orders and document logs for construction meetings.
• Prepare logs and other project documentation for meetings.
