Job summary

ImpactBio is recruiting for a Territory Sales Representative to promote Pivya to healthcare providers within an assigned territory, with full training and mentorship offered. No prior pharma experience is required; successful candidates will join a high-performance sales team supporting a major U.S.

product launch. You will develop relationships with physicians and staff, follow a structured sales process, and travel within your territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years experience meeting or exceeding goals/metrics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Coachability and ability to apply feedback quickly.
• Willingness to travel extensively within territory.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Promote Pivya to healthcare providers within assigned territory.
• Learn and execute a structured sales process and messaging strategy.
• Build relationships with physicians, nurses, and office staff.
• Consistently apply training and coaching in the field.
• Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales goals.
• Provide timely updates, insights, and field feedback to leadership.
• Maintain full compliance with all company and industry regulations.
