You will learn to present products, manage a pipeline, and work with a team to meet weekly targets, with draw-pay, commissions, and performance bonuses outlined during onboarding.

Qualifications

• Background check required.
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to generate leads and expand your network.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs and present solutions.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit local businesses, build relationships with owners, and re-service clients.
• Develop and manage your own client portfolio.
• Set and pursue monthly/quarterly sales targets with management.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
• Record daily activity and sales progress.
