Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking motivated and hardworking Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team. You will enroll in our 12 month sales training program with both field-based and classroom-style training.

The classroom training is located at our Reynolds University in Dayton, OH. Upon completion, you will relocate to an assigned territory and become a Sales Professional, with relocation assistance provided.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to travel (overnight) 80-100% during training
• Willing to relocate after successful completion of the training program

Responsibilities

• Relocate to an assigned territory after training and become a Sales Professional.
• Meet designated monthly and annual quotas by selling Reynolds products and services.
• Sell to new and existing customers in the assigned territory.
