Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking motivated Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team in the United States. You will enroll in a 12-month sales training program combining field-based and classroom training, with sessions at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH.

During training you will travel 80-100% with overnight stays, learn dealership operations, sales techniques, and negotiation skills, and work with a Sales Mentor.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Strong time management skills.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel (overnight) 80-100% during training.
• Willing to relocate after successful completion of the training program.

Responsibilities

• Relates to selling Reynolds products and services to both new and existing customers in the assigned territory.
• Relocation to the assigned territory after training and assume Sales Professional duties.
• Meet monthly and annual quotas as part of sales targets.
• Travel with field-based sales training and observe and assist Sales Mentors.
