Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking motivated and hard-working Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team. You will enroll in a 12 month sales training program with both field-based and classroom training, located at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH.

During training you will travel 80-100% and relocate afterward to a territory to become a Sales Professional. You will be responsible for selling Reynolds products and services to automotive dealerships, with relocation assistance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Ability to travel (overnight) 80-100% during training.

Responsibilities

• Sell to new and existing customers in the assigned territory.
• Complete a 12-month training program combining field and classroom instruction.
• Relocate to an assigned territory after successful training and meet monthly/annual quotas.
