Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking motivated Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team. You will enroll in a 12-month sales training program, including field based and classroom training, with Reynolds University in Dayton, OH.

Upon completion, you will relocate to an assigned territory and work to meet quotas by selling Reynolds products and services to automotive customers. Travel 80–100% during training; relocation assistance provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid driver’s license with minimal violations in the last years.
• Willing to relocate after training to an assigned territory.
• Ability to travel 80–100% during training.

Responsibilities

• Complete 12-month sales training program with field and classroom components.
• Relocate to an assigned territory after training and pursue monthly/annual quotas.
• Sell Reynolds products and services to automotive industry customers within the designated territory.
• Travel with team as part of training and for customer calls.
