Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking motivated Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our expanding team. You will enroll in a 12-month sales training program with field and classroom training, including Dayton, OH classroom sessions at Reynolds University and field mentoring.

After the program, you relocate to a territory as a Sales Professional and work toward monthly/annual quotas selling Reynolds products to dealers in the automotive industry.

Qualifications

• Must have good time management and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with clean driving history.

Responsibilities

• Sell Reynolds products to new and existing customers in your territory.
• Train in field and classroom settings and work with a Sales Mentor.
• Relocate to an assigned territory after training and meet quotas.
• Travel 80–100% during training, including overnight stays.
